Lunch: banana, ezekiel bread, natural peanut butter. Dinner: black beans, crushed tomato, diced tomato, green pepper, kidney beans, lean ground turkey, onion, rice, sugar. Snacks/Other: agave nectar, coffee, coffee mate, Frozen Yogurt - Vanilla.
