Lunch: Chicken Meat (Roasting, Roasted, Cooked), Greek Salad, Ratatouille, V8 Potato Leek Soup. Dinner: Garlic Basil Shrimp, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Mixed Berries, Ratatouille, Whole Wheat Spaghetti (Cooked).
