Breakfast: Bacon, Brown bread, Egg, philadelphia light. Lunch: Bacon, Boiled Egg, cesar salad dressing, Chicken, Cucumber, Red onion, Salad. Dinner: chicken, Cucumber, Knorr Seasons Shake (Allspice), lettuce, Olive oil, red onion, salad dressing, Salsa, Sour cream, Wholegrain rice cooked. Snacks/Other: apple, Greek Yogurt.
