Breakfast: Porridge Oats = 25g, Pumpkin Seeds - 14 seeds, Skimmed Milk, Tinned Pineapple. Lunch: Broccoli , Carrots , Cod, Haddock, Mushrooms , Onions , Spring Onions , Sugar Snap Peas, Zucchini. Dinner: 0% Fat Natural Yogurt, Cinnamon, Hazelnut Spread - 1 tsp, Porridge Oats - 25g, Skimmed Milk. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Between meals Nut snack , Cadburys - 6g, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Hazel Nuts, Pican Nuts - 1 half, Semi Skimmed Milk, Snack A Jacks Jumbo Cheese , Tiramisu, Walnut - 1 half.
