Lunch: Organic Cheese Enchiladas. Dinner: baby carrots, Baby Spinach, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), English Muffin, Hollandaise Sauce, Hot Dog Bun, Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Poached Egg, Potato Salad, Veggie Dog. Snacks/Other: Light Beer, Natural String Cheese Part Skim, Oriental Ramen Noodles.
