Lunch: deli turkey, diet coke, muenster cheese, whole wheat bread. Dinner: Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Flour Tortilla, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Vodka, White Rice. Snacks/Other: almonds, banana, grapes, larabar, raspberries, strawberry.
