Lunch: Black Powder, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), Egg (Whole), Egg White, Elite 12 Hour Protein Powder - Rich Chocolate, Fat Free Blue Cheese Dressing. Dinner: Bud Light Beer. Snacks/Other: Milk Chocolate Candies (with Almonds).
