Lunch: Chicken Rice Soup, Greek Salad, Gyros Meat Slices, Pita Bread, Tzatziki Yogurt Dip Greek Style, Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner: Baby Corn, Beef Steak, Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned), Poultry Gravy, Salted Light Butter Stick, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, White Rice. Snacks/Other: Dried Plums Bite Size Pitted Prunes, Iced Cappuccino with Milk, Ritz Bits Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches Munch Packs, Sugar Free Pecan Delights.
