Fat: 62.74g | Prot: 28.50g | Carb: 72.26g.   Breakfast: egg whites, honey wheat light bread, i cant believe its not butter light, juice of lime, spectrum coconut oil. Lunch: Hass Avocado, hears of romaine, kosher dill, salsa. Dinner: Potato (Flesh and Skin, Without Salt, Baked). Snacks/Other: cream, flaxseed, milk.
