Lunch: lean cuisine culinary collection shrimp alfredo, lowfat buttermilk. Dinner: Dannon light fat free strawberry yogurt, green giant just for one broccoli and cheese, lean cuisine chicken teriyaki stir fry. Snacks/Other: bell pepper, carrot, celery, coffee black, Cream Substitute (Fat-Free, Powdered), lowfat buttermilk, milk 2%, On-Whey Protein Mix, v8 spicy hot, wishbone fat free chunky blue cheese.
