Fat: 27.30g | Prot: 97.50g | Carb: 156.21g.   Breakfast: coffee black, Cream Substitute (Fat-Free, Powdered), Scrambled Eggs (Without Milk or Cheese). Lunch: healthy choice slow roasted turkey medallions, lowfat buttermilk. Dinner: dannon light fat free key lime, Dannon light fat free strawberry yogurt, lean cuisine steak tips portabello, v8 hot spicy. Snacks/Other: bell pepper, carrot, celery, lowfat buttermilk, milk 2%, On-Whey Protein Mix, v8 spicy hot, wishbone fat free chunky blue cheese.
