Dinner: Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Heart Friendly Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Lean Ground Beef 93/7, Light Sour Cream. Snacks/Other: Chex Mix 100 Calorie Snack Cheddar, Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping, Light String Cheese, Sugar Free Lime Gelatin.
