Breakfast: 100% Liquid Egg Whites, broccoli, salmon. Lunch: Organc Power Meal Cranberry Wheat Potein Boost, salmon. Dinner: Chardonnay, Fat Free Brownie Cookie, Organic Herb Turkey Breast, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat). Snacks/Other: cashews, cucumber, truffle white bean parmesan dip.
