Fat: 57.28g | Prot: 127.69g | Carb: 194.80g.   Breakfast: cottage cheese nonfat alta dena, pancake. Lunch: chicken thigh, chocolate egg, rice, salmon sashimi, shortcake. Dinner: joes os, soymilk drink, whey pro henrys. Snacks/Other: dark chocolate, high fiber cereal, soymilk drink, tuna trader joes.
