Breakfast: Egg, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch: Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Butter, Egg Omelet, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Italian Dressing, Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned). Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn Tortillas, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Refried Beans (Canned), Spanish Rice. Snacks/Other: Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only), Pecan Nuts.
