Breakfast: Blueberries, Carrot juice, Raw soaked almonds. Lunch: chopped celery, Chunk light tuna, Light mayo, Red Bell pepper, Tomatoe. Dinner: Pinto bean soup, See's candy, stewed tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Beef Jerky, Blueberries, Raw soaked Almonds, Strawberries, Tangerine.
