Lunch: Chicken curry plain, jack links beef steak. Dinner: Cheez-it crackers, Original Beef Steak (1 oz), Passion fruit juice, plum. Snacks/Other: Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz can), fiber one brownie, Monster rehab, tap water.
