Fat: 74.48g | Prot: 78.98g | Carb: 223.99g.
Breakfast: Kashi cereal, kiwi, Milk (Nonfat), Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Cheetos, pepper jack cheese, spinach, Subway 6" tuna, sweet peppers, Turkey Hill Green Tea. Dinner: Broiled or Baked Breaded or Floured Pork Chop, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, peppers, Roasted Red Pepper With Parmesan Dressing. Snacks/Other: peanut butter filled pretzels.
