Fat: 33.71g | Prot: 158.72g | Carb: 85.13g.   Breakfast: egg whites, pure protein vannila cream, quaker instant oatmeal lower sugar. Lunch: bison brat, cucumber, dill pickle, egg whites, tomatoes. Dinner: chicken, spinach, spring vegetables. Snacks/Other: banana, edamame, pure protein vannila cream.
