yesterday was a good day and so will today im going to make an effort to b more consistent with logging my food and doing my exercise.

Breakfast: 100% Lactose Free Lowfat Chocolate Milk, 100% Orange Juice, 100% Whey Protein, Coffee, Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch: planters nut rition. Dinner: bacon bits, croutons, iceberg lettuc, Italian Salad Dressing, long grain white rice, shrimp. Snacks/Other: fruit by the foot, sourdough pretzels.
