Lunch: Chocolate Milk (Lowfat) , deli bites, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers. Dinner: Mixed Salad Greens, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe) , Strawberries , tilapia, Young Green Onions (Tops Only) . Snacks/Other: red wine.
