Dinner: Chicken and Tomato Penne Toss, delicious red. Snacks/Other: Banana, beef stew, Fish, Flaxseed, Borage Oil Omega 3, 6, 9, Milk (Nonfat), quaker oats, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter, Strawberry Preserves, white rice.
