Lunch: cauliflower, cherry coke zero, green peas, salmon fillet, shrimp, sugar free jello. Dinner: Double Fiber Bread, fat free milk, no sugar added blue bell ice cream, smuckers sugar free, tofu. Snacks/Other: Excellence Intense Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa, Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Stick.
