Fat: 46.68g | Prot: 86.21g | Carb: 32.00g.   Breakfast: atkins advantage strawberry shake, eggland's best hard cooked peeled egg, westsoy unsweetened almond soymilk. Lunch: atkins endulge peanut caramel cluster bar, buddig turkey, sargento colby jack cheese. Dinner: Pork loin top loin chop bonek, Steams in the bag broccoli, carrots & cauliflower.
