Fat: 24.87g | Prot: 96.20g | Carb: 159.83g.   Breakfast: apple, asparagus, brussels sprouts, egg white, fat free cream cheese, fat free yogurt, fried egg, jenny-o turkey bacon, oat bran, onion. Lunch: cauliflower, cherry coke zero, green peas, ground beef patty, sargento cheese sharp cheddar. Dinner: Double Fiber Bread, fat free milk, no sugar added blue bell ice cream, smuckers sugar free. Snacks/Other: cocoa powder.
