Fat: 27.90g | Prot: 116.15g | Carb: 31.89g.   Breakfast: egg white, fat free cream cheese, fat free yogurt, fried egg, jenny-o turkey bacon, oat bran. Lunch: cherry coke zero, cottage cheese, ground beef patty, sugar free jello. Dinner: tuna . Snacks/Other: tofu.
