Fat: 78.73g | Prot: 57.91g | Carb: 179.20g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Activa Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fuji Apples, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Lunch: 12 grain bread, cauliflower soup, Egg salad. Dinner: Balsamic Vinegar, Barbecue Sauce, Ciabatta Rolls, Kraft French Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Olive Oil, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs) . Snacks/Other: Blueberries, CHEESE & PEANUT BUTTER Sandwich Crackers.
