Fat: 26.78g | Prot: 93.58g | Carb: 102.83g.   Breakfast: apple cider vinegar, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), cucumber, hard boiled eggs, hillshire farm ham. Lunch: Atlantic cod, broccoli, sugar free jello. Dinner: balsamic vinegar, diet dr. pepper, diet root beer, egg white, mixed greens, oat bran, red cabbage, red onion, scrambled eggs, spinach, vanilla yogurt. Snacks/Other: bell pepper, sugar free hot chocolate.
