Lunch: Activa Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, Diet Coke (Can), Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner: newman's own light honey mustard, salad, schwan's portabello spinach, skinny cow truffle. Snacks/Other: All Natural Chunky Salsa (Medium), Cherry Mixed Fruit, Cool Whip Fat Free, gala apple, special k chips, special k crisp, Sugar Free Lime Gelatin.
