Breakfast: quaker instant food grits, water. Lunch: celery, Great Value Grilled Chicken Breast, my essentials nonfat strawberry banana yogurt, peanut butter, water. Dinner: lettuce, lite ranch, shredded asiago chees, water. Snacks/Other: crunchy granola bar, water.
