Fat: 54.62g | Prot: 87.81g | Carb: 209.46g.   Breakfast: ciabatta roll, havarti, mustard, sliced turkey, tomato slice. Lunch: beef stew meat, brown rice cooked, girards, grape tomato. Dinner:  turkey kielbasa, zatarains. Snacks/Other: 50/50, athenos pita chips, banana, skinny cow mint.
