Breakfast: Coffee, Cream, Flax Seed Milled, Oatmeal Instant. Lunch: Chicken Lilydale, Cucumber, Grape Tomatoes, Litehouse Dilly Dip, Peanuts Roasted, Red Pepper, Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Almonds, Biobest, Fiber One, Flax Seed Milled, Pineapple. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Apple, Dill Pickle Sunflower Seeds, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges).
