Breakfast: Egg, Rye Bread, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch: Asparagus (Drained Solids, Canned), Butter, Egg Omelet, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Shrimp. Dinner: Baked or Broiled Salmon, Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Beer, Cream Cheese, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough).
