Breakfast: Chocolate Protein Shake, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch: baby spinach, cheddar cheese, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (Peeled), extra virgin olive oil, ham, Hard-Boiled Egg, Jicama, mushrooms, olives, Radishes, red wine vinegar. Dinner: Asparagus (Unprepared, Frozen), Chicken Rollatini, Egg, Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks - Orange/Lemon-Lime. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Pistachio Nuts, Stringsters String Cheese.
