Breakfast: Bowl of Fruit and Fibre An Milk, Smart Balance Omega Plus Spread (with Plant Sterols & Fish Oil) Margarine-Like Spread, Snackpot, Tea (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Chicken Tikka Masala, Custard, Homestyle Chips, Lemon Puddings. Dinner: Crispy Strips, Diet Coke, Fries Reg, Gravy, Popcorn Chicken - Regular. Snacks/Other: Almond, Bananas, Big&Chunky Milk&Dark Choc Chip Cookies, Choc Bar, Crisps, Guinness, Salt and Vinegar Crunchy Sticks.
