Lunch: cantaloupe, egg, Egg White, Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, milton's whole grain plus wheat bread. Dinner: green beans, pork chop. Snacks/Other: almonds, apple, apple, smart balance peanut butter, starbucks nonfat cappuchino, wheat ritz crackers.
