Fat: 22.59g | Prot: 68.35g | Carb: 270.08g.   Breakfast: Bananas , Coffee, Honey , Strawberries , Supreme Muesli. Lunch: Cooked Green Cabbage, Corn Niblets, Cornmeal Mush made with Water, Tilapia (Fish). Dinner: Basmati Rice, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Green Peas, Shrimp with Rice and Vegetable (Frozen Meal). Snacks/Other: Gala Apples, Gin, Mini Babybel Lite.
