Fat: 19.79g | Prot: 93.75g | Carb: 189.69g.   Breakfast: Kashi go lean crunch, pineapple, Pumpkin Light Mousse. Lunch: Joseph's pita bread, kraft fat free cheddar cheese, tuna, World Table sweet corn salsa. Dinner: broccolli, olive oil, pea pods , shrimp. Snacks/Other: banana, beer, Natures place multi-grain crisps, skinny cow ice cream sandwich, whiskey.
