Dinner: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fuji Apples, Onions, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Pineapple, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other: Buttered Popcorn Popped in Oil, Continental Almonds (Milk Chocolate Covered), Vanilla Yogurt, Vector.
