Dinner: Blue Menu Burger First Thin Multigrain Buns, Canadian 67, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter), Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Lean Ground Beef, Light Olive Oil & Vinegar, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Mangos, Sliced White Almonds. Snacks/Other: Coke, Sunflower Seeds (Seasoned).
