Fat: 65.41g | Prot: 105.90g | Carb: 260.13g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Simply Egg Whites. Lunch: Cinnamon Sweet Rolls (with Raisins), Fish Sauce, Green Tea, Vegetable Spring Roll, Vermicelli. Dinner: Green String Beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Oil Popped White Popcorn.
