Lunch: Chunky Mild Salsa, Egg White, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned), Onions, Sirloin Steak, Tomatoes. Dinner: Cantaloupe (Muskmelon), Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Honeydew Melons, Onions and Peppers, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sauteed Mushrooms, Sirloin Steak, Strawberries. Snacks/Other: Apples, Cauliflower, Red Apple Bites.
