Fat: 98.61g | Prot: 107.42g | Carb: 419.80g.   Breakfast: Milk Semi Skimmed, Smart Balance Omega Plus Spread (with Plant Sterols & Fish Oil) Margarine-Like Spread, Start, Tea (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Croquettes, Fish Fingers, Spagetti in Tomato Sauce. Dinner: Chicken Tikka Masalla, Indian Bhaji, Nan Bread, White Rice. Snacks/Other: Beer, Mint Bar, Squares, Tea (Semi-Skimmed Milk).
