Fat: 41.63g | Prot: 54.94g | Carb: 92.58g.   Breakfast: blueberries, low fat cottage cheese. Lunch: kale, lettuce, onion ring, tempeh, thousand island. Dinner: feta, french onion soup, kalamata, salad greens. Snacks/Other: laughing cow light, sourdough bread, white wine, yoplait delights.
