Fat: 66.04g | Prot: 80.99g | Carb: 154.50g.   Breakfast: 8 Grain Hot Cereal, Coffee, Hard-Boiled Egg, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: cooked cabbage, gravy, meatloaf, roasted potatoes. Dinner: 1% milk, subway blt. Snacks/Other: apple, peanut butter.
