Fat: 234.08g | Prot: 150.89g | Carb: 65.69g.   Breakfast: bacon, coffe, Cranberries, half and half, omelet, water. Lunch: almonds, cheddar cheese, muenster, summer sausage, water. Dinner: bacon, cauliflower, cheddarwurst, Deep Dish Pizza Quiche, lettuce, parmesan cheese, water. Snacks/Other: cranberries, crystal light, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), fiber, raspberries, splenda, water.
