Fat: 40.19g | Prot: 58.69g | Carb: 234.85g.   Breakfast: milk, special k chocolatey delight. Lunch: carrots, cucumber, green grapes, light buttermilk ranch, Lower Sodium Honey Ham, sandwich thin. Dinner: banana, french cut green beans, milk, smart ones three cheese macaroni. Snacks/Other: nestle tollhouse semisweet chocolate chips, sargento reduced sodium colby-jack cheese, schwan's frozen yogurt, wheat thins flatbread.
