Lunch: bear naked granola, granny smith apple, Lower Sodium Honey Ham, sandwich thin, yoplait greek yogurt. Dinner: baby carrots, broccoli, honey ham, land o'lakes cottage cheese, light buttermilk ranch, sandwich thin. Snacks/Other: sargento reduced sodium colby-jack cheese, wheat thins flatbread.
