Lunch: lemon juice, Lentil Brown Rice Potato Tomato Soup, mixed greens, steak, tarragon mustard. Dinner: salmon, soya sauce, white rice. Snacks/Other: black tea, coffee, Moist Deluxe Cake Mix - Dark Chocolate Fudge, soy milk.
