Breakfast: 6" Wheat Bread. Lunch: cheese, Egg, ham, Rye Bread. Dinner: Beef or Meat Gravy, Brunede kartofler, Duck Breast Meat and Skin (Young Duckling, Boneless, Cooked, Roasted), Nakkekam med svær, risalamande med kirsebaersauce, Rødkål, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: leverpostej, rye bread.
